Phineas Products is committed to minimising its effect on the environment and have taken the following measures:
- Our suppliers are encouraged to use efficient manufacturing processes to reduce their emissions and their effect on the local environment
- Our recycling program encourages our customers (of all size) to reuse or recycle as much product as possible
- Products are manufactured (where economically viable) as close to the point of delivery as is possible. This enables us to reduce the carbon emissions from transportation and guarantee timely deliveries
- The business has a "no company car policy" and instead runs a pool car scheme
- We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and have been recording our emissions over the last 2 years in order to set ourselves new targets to reduce in whatever way we can
- Implementation of a green travel plan to encourage all staff to use public transport or bicycles where ever possible for commuting and business mileage
